Plans and Data Packs
Monthly plans come in three tiers by data allowance, and the quota resets each month on your signup date; data packs are used up at your own pace and never expire. Both billing models share the same routes and clients, and every tier includes 120+ countries / 220+ routes, unlimited simultaneous devices and a 7-day refund.

Three monthly tiers
Tiers are split by monthly data allowance — the lower the price, the smaller the quota. Quotas reset every month on your signup date, not on the calendar month; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days.

Who is the 60GB tier for?
For people who treat cross-border access as a daily supplement: looking things up, sending and receiving international email, opening overseas sites now and then — 60GB a month is usually enough. If you stream 4K video for hours every day, this tier will feel tight; go straight to 250GB.
Who is the 250GB tier for?
It covers most individual users: remote work on weekdays, an hour or two of streaming in the evening, syncing on your phone — 250GB leaves headroom. It has the lowest price per GB of the three tiers, which is why it's marked Best Value.
Who is the 500GB tier for?
For households with several devices online at once, heavy 4K viewing, or long-running file transfers. 500GB is a quota ceiling, not a speed ceiling: once it's used up, the current month's data is exhausted and it restores on your next reset date.
Data Packs
The option that isn't billed by time: buy a fixed allowance once, use it up at your own pace, never expires. No renewal pressure, and no "wasted" data if you don't finish it this month.
How data packs differ from monthly plans
A monthly plan buys you an allowance within a period; a data pack buys you a volume of data. Data packs have no expiry date — buy 300GB and it's 300GB, whether you use 1GB today and 20GB three months later. The remaining balance stays in your account.
It suits two groups: people whose usage is irregular and who may not open the app for a whole month, and people who want to confirm route quality at low cost before committing to a long-term plan. Data packs and monthly plans share the same routes, clients and account, so you don't need to install two apps.
Note that data packs are deducted by actual usage and don't refill automatically each month the way monthly plans do. If you're a heavy user burning through hundreds of GB a month, a monthly plan works out cheaper per GB over time.
Included with every plan
The items below are the same across all tiers — monthly plans and data packs alike. Price differences only reflect the data allowance; route coverage, device count and support are not tiered.
-
120+ countries / 220+ routes
Coverage includes Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom and more, with IEPL dedicated, relay and direct routes you can switch between by use case.
-
Unlimited simultaneous devices
One subscription works on your phone, computer, tablet and router at the same time — no second purchase for extra devices and no repeated logins kicking each other offline.
-
No activity logs
Browsing content and access records are not logged; only the information required for your account and billing is kept. Please don't share your subscription link publicly — if it leaks, you can reset it in the dashboard at any time.
-
Multi-platform clients
Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. After signing in, get your subscription import address in the dashboard and import it in one click.
-
Streaming and AI tool routes
Routes are tuned for Netflix, Disney+, HBO and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini; you can filter by use case in the client when picking a route.
-
7-day refund
If it's not right for you within 7 days of purchase, open a ticket in your dashboard for a full refund through your original payment method — no reason required.

Payment methods
Checkout supports three payment methods; pick one and follow the prompts to pay. Your subscription status updates in the dashboard once payment is complete — no need to contact support.
Alipay
Pay by scanning the QR code or following the redirect; your subscription activates as soon as the payment lands. Good for everyday use, and the payment shows up in your Alipay records.
WeChat Pay
Choose WeChat Pay at checkout and scan to confirm; you're returned to the order page automatically. The process is the same as any regular online purchase.
USDT
Send the transfer to the address and amount shown at checkout; the order completes automatically once the on-chain confirmation goes through. Suits users who prefer not to use mainstream payment channels.
Refunds and support
7-day refund
Within 7 days of purchase, if route quality, the client experience or your use case doesn't match expectations, you can open a ticket in your dashboard for a full refund. No reason or extra proof is needed — just include your order details in the ticket.
Refunds go through the original payment method: Alipay and WeChat Pay payments return to the original account, and USDT payments are returned as handled at checkout. Timing depends on the payment channel's processing speed; you can track progress in the ticket after submitting.
After 7 days, no-questions-asked refunds are no longer available, but if you hit issues such as an unavailable route or a client that won't connect, open a ticket any time and support will help you troubleshoot.
- Where to apply: Dashboard → Tickets
- How it's processed: back to the original payment method
- Applies to: monthly plans and data packs
- No reason required
